MeadowSweet Pet Boarding and Care began
as a small in home grooming shop in 1970. Over
the next few years clients began requesting care
for their pets during owner absences. As a
result Meadowsweet Kennels and Groom Shop was established
in 1973. MeadowSweet was developed with the family
pet's safety and comfort in mind.
The fully enclosed property consists
of a main kennel, an indoor/outdoor kennel building,
a cat boarding facility, a bird boarding facility,
and 7 exercise yards.
MeadowSweet's owners Liz and Leigh
Anna purchased MeadowSweet in 2003. We met
each other, more than 15 years ago, through volunteer
work at local animal shelters. Having lots
of pets ourselves, we both know what cherished family
members our pets are and how important it is to care
for them properly.
We are excited to be able to use our
animal care experience as well as our compassion
and love of animals to provide pet care services.
MeadowSweet has a wonderful staff who
all share our philosophy, our love of animals, and
are committed to the exceptional care of our guests.
